本文以减小测试过程中干扰源的影响程度,获得更可靠、更准确的性能数据为根本目标,对基于硬件性能监视的性能测试过程进行了深入地研究,主要包括以下研究工作: ( 1 )以ia - 64处理器为例,研究了性能监视硬件的底层实现和功能,并重点研究了ia - 64处理器上较其他处理器先进的硬件性能监视机制,包括程序计数器采样、周期统计、失效事件地址采样和事件限制。
